Pop it like it's champagne!?

Last Weekend

I don’t know why i didn’t post anything earlier, but here we go.
I’ve been away from Sweden for quite some time, got back last December.
What I’ve been missing the most is (surprise) summer in Stockholm!
Saturday was my brothers 18th birthday, so most of the day we spent at my dad’s place on Sickla Udde in Stockholm. Beautiful area. Feast & Champagne on our terrace. Later on, i went to my buddy Mårten’s place on Södermalm where i met up with three other friends, Andreas, Yasmin and Hanna. We had a great time together talking about a little this and that over a couple of drinks, and kept going until late. The following day i went up from bed pretty early and went for lunch at Subway’s with Mårten and Andreas, after that we walked for an hour or two and settled down by Norr Mälarstrand’s “Mälarpaviljongen”. We sat there, enjoying the first actual summer-day. It’s really been years since i felt this the last time. Unbelievable. Couple of hours later, Marcus showed up with his girlfriend Aurore and Marie. With temperatures exceeding 25 degrees celsius, clear sky and a rather chilly foot bath, i can’t say anything but that this weekend’s been the best one in ages. Peace.

No enthusiasm?

Yesterday wasn’t a good day. Not at all. Woke up with a bad headache for no reason. Went to work as usual, everything there’s fine so those hours passed by in no time. Luckily. After work, i received a phone call from my buddy telling me that we have to postpone the “Kintama presents Balls“-party even further. Initially we had decided to launch it Friday May 30, but now it seems like we have to reschedule it sometime around the second week in June. Actually kind of frustrating since we’ve prepared everything for that date. Why? According to them they’re in the gray-zone of deciding whether they are willing to host parties or not, and keep whining about attracting the wrong clientele, bad economy and so on. Where’s the commitment? Where’s Enthusiasm? They remain hard to get in touch with, keep postponing all decisions, rescheduling appointments etc. Very unprofessional if you ask me. If they keep behaving like this, we’ll probably end up looking for another venue. But i don’t want to. I really like Bistro Street, perfect location and beautiful interior. The staff know what service means and the bartenders know where the lime is. I’ll have to update this post later today.

Streamlive

On May 19th, one week from this very day, it will be the official release of our project called “Streamlive”. Streamlive is the result of several months intense programming, negotiation, insomnia and coffee consumption. Our brave attempt to develop a new P2P IP-TV platform. Initially, on the big day, anyone will be able to stream the swedish movie “Ett öga rött” at anytime, anywhere together with other festivities. Just watch it as it is solely, or plug it into your HD-TV and share the amusement with friends and family!

Wussap

Time for an update, i just stumbled upon this service called “Wussap” while i was browsing Stockholm Innovation & Growth.

Sounds pretty interesting, doesn’t it? Want to know more? Atleast I do.
I’ve been googling around without finding anything but two sites.
One of them is leading here and the other one ends up on their official website, without any further information about the service itself.

Anyone who can fill me in, or do we have to wait for official press messages?
